Customer Support/Account Rep - Sr

In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls and provide expert assistance on Morgan Stanley accounts, ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to World-Class Service.

education: High School

• Duration:: At least a 6 months temp-hire

• Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client accounts.
• Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
• Functional support areas include client's Cash Management products and services, client's Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
• Training will last 4-5 weeks and is remote
• Post training your temp will be required to be in office 5 days a week.
• After 6 months of service your temp will be able to take advantage of a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 from home). Must have your own equipment while working from home.
