Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing all marketing projects, from conceptualization through implementation.
2. Coordinating with sales, production, and other departments to ensure marketing activities align with the company’s goals.
3. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and develop effective marketing strategies.
4. Handling all aspects of customer relationships, including resolving any issues or complaints.
5. Analyzing customer behavior and market trends, and making recommendations to improve the company’s offerings.
6. Preparing reports on marketing performance and presenting them to senior management.
7. Developing and managing direct mail campaigns, telemarketing efforts, and other marketing activities.
8. Nurturing customer relationships to promote loyalty and retention.
9. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
10. Proven experience in marketing, project management, or customer relations.
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
12. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
13. In-depth understanding of the market and customers’ needs.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.

Ideal Candidate:

Fluency in Chinese language would be a plus to deal with our increasing Chinese speaking customers.
