Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Level IV to lead strategic initiatives and oversee the execution of complex projects within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • This role is 100% onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead strategic project planning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Lead large, multidisciplinary project teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders, VIPs, and the project team.
  • Ensure transparent and effective communication regarding project progress and outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing robust mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Implement comprehensive quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to uphold high levels of project quality.
  • Develop and manage complex project budgets, allocating resources efficiently.
  • Optimize resource utilization to maximize project value and minimize waste.
  • Monitor project performance using advanced metrics and KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Provide specialized project management support tailored to VIP stakeholders' unique needs.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and responsiveness to VIP requirements.
  • Drive innovation in project management practices, adopting new tools and methodologies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
  • Ensure project activities comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to maintain adherence to standards.

Qualifications:

Required
  • Master’s degree with 8+ years experience leading large complex IT teams
  • BA degree with 10+ years experience leading large complex IT teams.
  • Experience leading large IT Operations delivery teams in desktop, server, network, and security functional areas
  • Commercial (Baseline) Certificates: PMP and ITIL 4 Foundation.
  • Secret Clearance
  • Preferred
  • Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
  • Military experience preferred
