You will also handle administrative duties, performance reviews, and lead a team of junior HR managers.

• Carry out recruitment processes to ensure excellent staffing.
• Maintain an efficient onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide training, counselling, and coaching to our staff.
• Mediate conflicts in a positive and professional manner.
• Execute necessary administrative duties related to HR.
• Conduct performance and wage reviews.
• Develop clear policies and ensure staff awareness.
• Produce clear and concise reports related to HR activities.
• Deliver helpful and engaging presentations.
• Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Uphold employee and workplace privacy.
• Lead a team of junior human resource managers.
• Use skills in ADP
• Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS
• Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HCM, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Hiring Processes.
• Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience in using Ceridian software for human resources management
• Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Ability to handle various benefit functions in an organization
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards in HR
• Proven experience in managing employee relations effectively
• Knowledge of hiring processes and best practices for recruitment.
