Robert Half has partnered with a client in the education field to find a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant. This pivotal role will support key personnel within the organization and ensure the seamless execution of administrative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support to leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations; proofread materials for accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate and organize events, including staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs.
- Manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality of student, staff, and organizational records.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor management, and equipment maintenance.
- Support hiring processes by coordinating interviews and onboarding for new team members, as needed.
- Provide guidance to junior administrative staff, monitoring workload and mentoring as appropriate.
- Experience: 4+ years of administrative experience; prior experience at a senior assistant level and/or in the education sector is highly preferred.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams). Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a bonus.
- Organization: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with a resourceful and proactive approach to challenges.
- Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of a dynamic team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting executives or senior-level team members.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in the education industry.
- Background in coordinating educational events or programs.
