Data and Process Coordinator - Greensboro
Overview:
As a Data and Process Coordinator, you will play a coordinating role supporting Managed Services Center (MSC) data and process information in regards to Program Management, Onboarding and the Ticketing System, and Customer Management Database (CMDB) development and Quality Assurance.
This role is fully remote, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
YOUR IMPACT
The essential functions of this position include:
- MSC Onboarding and/or Enhanced Maintenance Support (EMS) reconciliation for Remedy CMDB, including foundation load sheets
- Technical reconciliation of EMS between multiple data sources
- Vendor contract reconciliation and load sheets, including renewal follow up
- Manage contract updates within the Ticketing System
- Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate information is loaded in to the CMDB
- Manage quality coordination between departments, especially Onboarding, IMAC, and Renewals
- Update and maintain Ticketing System Task status updates to resolve assigned tasks
- Maintain data in the system to ensure accurate reporting
- Provide assistance with training, including development of training materials
- Support application builds and configuration management database activities
- Provide testing and quality assurance
- Assistance management with Remedy updates, as necessary
- Assist management with Knowledgebase, Documentation, Auditing and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery requests
- B.S. or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional service desk software experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of IT and programming concepts (programming not required)
- General IT-related computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Expertise creating and executing Test Plans, Training Plans and documentation
- Knowledge of supporting and administrating BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6.0
- Solid comprehension of software validation principles and practices
- Experience with internal IT controls (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley and SSAE16)
- Foundations level understanding of ITIL best-practices
- Willingness to travel, as needed
- Willingness to perform keyboard intensive work 90% of the time
- Willingness to be on call, 7x24x365 (less pre-approved exceptions) and attend to technical issues outside of normal business hours
POSITION SPECIFICS
The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $19.23 and $24.04 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
