Private Lending Manager

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving business development to grow the purchase of private construction loans.
- Structuring deals, managing credit approvals, and handling negotiations.
- Managing collections and workouts, ensuring smooth processes and successful outcomes.
- Leading the end-to-end process, acting as the main decision-maker for all private lending activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator with a persistent personality, able to ask the right questions and think on their feet.
- Someone with experience in underwriting, collections, and business development.
- A background in finance or accounting with a solid track record of closing deals.
- experienced negotiator with the skills and the ability to manage credit approvals independently.
