Attorney

We are seeking an Attorney to join our team based in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri. The Attorney will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of litigation processes, developing case strategies, and providing guidance to entry level legal staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all elements of litigation procedures.
• Develop strategies for high-profile lawsuits.
• Communicate with clients to update them about their case and legal rights.
• Provide guidance and supervision to entry level legal staff on case management.
• Stay informed about relevant statutes, decisions, and ordinances.
• Process and administer customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Address complaints and administer claims in consumer electronics cases.
• Utilize document management and case management software to organize and access case files and legal briefs. • Must hold a valid license to practice law
• Proven work experience as an Attorney
• Proficient in 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, and Conveyancer
• Strong skills in Document Management
• Experienced in Briefing, Civil Litigation, and Claim Administration
• Expertise in Complaint Handling
• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of detail orientation and integrity
• Comfortable dealing with diverse clients and cases
• Proven track record in court trials and negotiations.
