SAP Functional Senior - 61556

Pay Range - $65 - $70/hr

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position SAP Functional Senior to work on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

SAP S/4HANA Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP modules finance, supply chain, procurement & manufacturing, etc.
Change Management: Create comprehensive change management plans tailored to S/4HANA projects, encompassing impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training strategies and resistance management. Kotter or Prosci ADKAR certification a plus.
User Adoption and Training: Develop training curriculum and deliver SAP training leveraging blended learning solutions that are hands on. Ability to conduct surveys and assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Alignment Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including business leaders, end-users, and IT
SAFe Experience: SAFe Certified with proven experience with implementing and deploying 2 or more S/4HANA implementations. Actively participated in and ART and understands SAFe principles and core values.
Presentation Skills: The ability to communicate ideas, information to an audience at all levels including the C-suites. This include the skills needed to create and deliver a presentation that is compelling and effective. Must have exceptional skills in using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, MS Whiteboarding, Break-out Rooms, etc.
Collaboration & Agile Tools Proven experience using Agile tools including and not limited to Confluence, JIRA, JIRA Align, FigJam.
