Auto Dealership Finance Manager - Iron Mountain

Riverside Auto is actively hiring a qualified Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to be a part of our amazing team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by Automotive F&I, with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge.
We need a leader who can invest in bright new talent and who is passionate about delivering the best customer service.
- Ensure all deals are in compliance with lender & dealership guidelines
- Oversee all turnovers and submissions
- Maximize approvals and be efficient with subprime rates
- Monitor & review financial performance daily
- Maintains good lender relations & add banks/warranty companies to our network
- Act in a timely manner if problems arise
- Go over deals with lenders and works every deal diligently
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent organizational skills (time management) and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to work with accounting data in an accurate manner.
