Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally, qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
Responsibilities:
The Centralized Turn Technician’s primary responsibilities include the necessary repairs and turnover tasks needed to complete a unit for move-in. This role will include preparations for painting, cleaning, and removal of trash and bulk items.Additional tasks of the turn process, when assigned may include painting and cleaning, and the repairs or troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural components, and interior/exterior carpentry repairs.
The Centralized Turn Technician works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention.
