As a Sales Representative at LUX PWR, you’ll be responsible for generating your own leads and closing sales in your community with some of the nations best leaders in the solar industry. This is a commission-only position as a 1099 contractor, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own business.

Responsibilities:

• Generate 100% of your own leads through proactive sales efforts.
• Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals while competing for nationwide recognition and bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but a strong desire to succeed is essential.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
