Job Overview:

CTG is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Program Manager for our Healthcare client in on the East Coast.

This role is essential in ensuring that the construction, design, technology, and operational readiness of the new facility are completed efficiently and on time.

The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day project management tasks, coordinate resources, track project progress, and ensure the successful completion of milestones, all while maintaining the project within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management Support:
  • Assist the Program Director in managing the new building project’s overall planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring alignment with hospital objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project phases are completed according to schedule.
  • Coordinate and support various departments, including clinical, IT, and operations, to ensure timely delivery of key project milestones.
  • 2. Timeline and Milestone Monitoring:
  • Support the development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring that key milestones are met on schedule.
  • Track the completion of deliverables across all project phases, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and dependencies are managed.
  • Organize and lead project meetings to review milestones, address concerns, and ensure the project stays on track.
  • 2. Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with hospital leadership, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and the efficient flow of information.
  • Assist with the integration of healthcare technology, EMR systems, and operational processes into the new building’s development planning.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on healthcare IT Experience in managing or assisting with large-scale Healthcare IT deployments.
  • Familiarity with hospital operations, healthcare technologies, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on timelines, and project quality.
  • Problem-solving ability to address issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining focus on the bigger picture.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar project management certification required.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $155,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.

In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
