Large manufacturer with locations nationwide is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join their team for an exciting greenfield project in West Virginia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and overseeing construction from the ground up.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project - located only 20 miles from Hagerstown MD.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. PE licensed preferred, not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on industrial projects.

responsibilities:
- Design and/or supervise and coordinate detailed engineering for new construction and expansion projects.
- Work with operations team to define scope.
- Complete designs and provide value engineering.
- Develop construction specifications, bid packages, budget cost estimates, construction schedules, permitting, etc as required to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Develop, establish, and maintain engineering budgets.
- Coordinate and account for any changes in scope of work.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project.
