Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and input data for every employee's pay stub, ensuring their payroll deductions and benefits are accurately reflected.
• Handle the review process for over 1200 employees, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
• Carry out heavy data entry tasks, keeping the employee records up-to-date and organized.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and manipulate large spreadsheets, with over 100+ columns.
• Sign and adhere to a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement due to the sensitive nature of the work.
• Leverage your strong data entry skills to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Word, organizing files, email correspondence, scanning, and typing to perform daily tasks.
• Execute calculations as needed, ensuring accurate data processing.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
