• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and related enclosures according to technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Install electrical components such as relays, circuit breakers, transformers, switches, and controllers into panels and control boxes.
• Perform electrical wiring tasks for machinery, control systems, and panel installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including diagnosing wiring issues, short circuits, and faulty connections.
• Ensure proper grounding and insulation for all wiring, following local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Conduct functional tests of wiring, panels, and control systems to verify proper operation.
• Identify and diagnose issues in electrical circuits and control systems, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment to troubleshoot issues and verify system functionality.
