Our client is a large full-service commercial real estate firm that operates all across the US.

Job Description
  • Track market trends to assess potential impacts on community performance and create tailored marketing strategies.
  • Manage HOA/lease enforcement and maintain communication with board members.
  • Approve vendor, contractor, and service provider invoices, coordinating communication among all involved parties.
  • Handle daily financial tasks, including transactions and other community financial operations.
  • Utilize property management software to monitor unit availability, resident information, and enhance current programs.
  • Maintain high occupancy rates by retaining current residents and actively marketing the community to attract new tenants.
  • Foster resident satisfaction through consistent communication, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ensure all service requests are completed, and oversee the community's ongoing maintenance efforts.
  • Complete all required community reports on time, including financial and marketing reports.
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance plans while monitoring the status of vacant homes.
  • Cultivate positive resident relationships by promptly addressing concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Focus on revenue growth while managing expenses, including overseeing revenue collection and controlling delinquencies.
  • Ensure properties meet company standards and that units are ready for leasing.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective residents, organize property tours, and assist with lease agreements and move-in procedures.
  • Boost resident satisfaction by proactively communicating and conducting follow-ups.
  • Maintain resident files and assist with handling service requests.

The Successful Applicant
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must hold a valid Real Estate License.
  • Over seven years of advancing experience in residential property management
  • Proven leadership skills and a successful track record in managing portfolios.
  • Strong communication abilities and the capacity to foster positive tenant relationships.
  • Knowledgeable in property management software and applicable regulations.
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule while effectively handling workload.
