Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Take charge of the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Employee Relations: Be a trusted HR partner, promoting a positive workplace culture and helping resolve any conflicts.
- Leave of Absence Administration: Oversee leave requests, ensuring all policies and legal requirements are followed.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits questions, guide them through enrollment, and support open enrollment processes.
- HR Support & Compliance: Assist with HR projects, help implement best practices, and ensure all practices comply with regulations.
- Training & Development: Manage training initiatives to help employees grow professionally and keep the company competitive within the industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR position with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and leave administration.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
- A self-driven individual who is proactive and passionate about HR.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- strong communication abilities and the discretion to handle confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to manage sensitive employee data securely.
