Customer Service Representative - Robert Half
We are looking for a friendly customer-oriented service representative to sit on-site at our facility in York, PA. In this role, you will serve as the frontline of support to ensure our employee’s experience is a positive one. You must be patient, empathetic, and capable of managing your time efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns through emails, calls, and the internal ticketing system
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting the best solution to solve the problem, and escalating unresolved problems.
- Maintain detailed records and up-to-date employee files
- Work with the team and the management to stay up-to-date about new products, services, and policies.
- Deliver a seamless and positive experience with every interaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Higher education degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage complaints professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office Application and knowledge on CRM software is a plus.
