Global Talent Acquisition, Senior Program Manager
Overview:
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager, you will lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Talent Acquisition (TA) technologies like iCIMS and Workday. Every day, you'll work with the Talent Acquisition team to identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and enhance processes to improve efficiency and user experience.You will also oversee vendor relationships and lead any technology-related projects for TA. You will manage the technology roadmap, ensuring all TA systems are aligned with business objectives, and collaborate with the People Tech team to solve technical challenges.
The Global Talent Acquisition Senior Program Manager will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations and requires occasional travel for system rollouts and user training. This role can be remote ideally in the Pacific Time Zone.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in TA technology management, including systems like iCIMS and Workday.
- Proven experience in process improvement, systems implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- You are proficient in problem-solving and can think critically when faced with technology or process-related challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Pay Range Details
The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may bedifferent in other locations.
Colorado $105,900-$169,500Washington $$105,900-187,200
California $105,900-$205,000
NYC $128,200-205,000
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. Thesuccessful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic
location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on
the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
