We are currently seeking a VP, Broking to join our Philadelphia, New York and Mid Atlantic team.

What to expect:

You will be responsible for developing and producing new client relationships in the medical portfolio and employer stop loss segments

The opportunity to grow and manage a portfolio of client relationships

You will demonstrate the following traits: deep understanding of the medical and employer stop loss marketplace, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, self-initiative with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team environment, successful sales track record.

We will count on you to:

Identify new production relationships

Produce new business revenue in the employer stop loss and medical space.

Target and expand existing GC clients

Ability to work with other departments including contracts, premium processing, accounting and claims, managing reinsurance placements and addressing client needs outside of renewal activities.

Develop a rapport with clients to be viewed as a trusted advisor in all aspects of their business.

What you need to have:

7 to 10+ years of experience in Medical and/or Employer Stop Loss Market
Market facing experience in the role of sales/underwriting/broking and/or reinsurance broking
MS Office skills proficiency

Bachelors degree

The applicable base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $190,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
