We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Project Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will manage a comprehensive implementation project plan, collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.

You will also act as a liaison between technical, business and vendor teams, and manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a comprehensive implementation project plan and related timelines in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Analyze requirements and continuously clarify project scope to establish clear deliverables and milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical, business, and vendor teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the ERP implementation process.
  • Manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation while maintaining a focus on project objectives and timelines.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Handle other projects or responsibilities as may be required. • Demonstrable experience in project management with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and CRM.
  • Familiarity with Database and About Time software.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, and Change Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • PMP Certification is a necessity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing projects.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
