Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 10000 bonus

Hastings Senior Health & Living, a top-rated 72-bed long-term care facility, is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Evening & NOC LPNs to join our dedicated, compassionate team! We are also offering $10,000 Bonus and scholarships and student loan repayment assistance.
Shifts (Full-Time & Part-Time)- PM- 2:30pm-11:00pm ($1.25 Shift Diff.)
- NOC- 10:30pm-7:00am ($1.50 Shift Diff.)
Wage
$27.89- $36.26

LPN responsibilities:
- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care plans for residents.
- Recognizes and manages common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults: cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems.
- Supervises work performed by TMAs and Nursing Aides.
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
LPN skills and requirements:
- Must have a current MN LPN license and be in good standing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Skills in problem definition and resolution.
- Ability to focus all efforts toward quality resident care.
