Experienced Sales Professional

We are seeking driven and resilient sales professionals to join our dynamic team. This role demands exceptional social skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.

Requirements:

  • Manage sales target of 12 or more units in a competitive market each month
  • Work 50+ hours a week including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our customers
  • Handle a wide range of customer personalities in a high-stress environment
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude and stay self-motivated through setbacks and rejection from one customer to another
  • Able to make quick decisions in a fast-changing environment to secure sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of all vehicle models.
  • Valid Driver’s License with 3 years driving record.
  • Professional appearance
  • All must past background and drug screen

What you will be doing
  • Execute customer communication processes in accordance with business development strategies
  • Able to schedule appointments using CRM software, emails and phone contacts with prospective and repeat customers
  • Answer incoming leads and call outbound prospects and solicit appointments for test drives and/or professional appraisals of current vehicles customers
  • Utilize personalized email templates for communications
  • Execute communications strategy when responding to inquiries in a way that profitably competes for the customer both on-line and off-line
  • Execute the call handling process in a consistent yet flexible manner that results in a customer experience designed to achieve the highest apointment ratios
  • Obtain contact information and register all customers in OEM programs designed specifically to benefit the customer
  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
