HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This position offers a great variety of tasks, requiring a flexible and adaptable individual who enjoys tackling different challenges. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local and federal regulations.
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
• Support onboarding and training new employees.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and other HR-related documentation.
• Help with processing payroll, benefits administration, and other HR tasks.
• Support operational projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certifications are preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience, specializing in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance across multiple states.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across all levels.
• Self-driven, with the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive employee information.
