Attorney/Lawyer

You will be working with the Relativity platform, which is managed by Consilio. This role will require a strong understanding of patent cases, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, and proficiency in Hebrew would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process a vast quantity of electronic documents, focusing on emails and collections from one drive and teams
• Utilize the Relativity platform, ensuring all documents are correctly uploaded and saved
• Work with Consilio to manage document searches and ensure accuracy
• Review all client documents before they are produced, assessing for relevance and privilege
• Handle patent cases, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals
• Utilize your technical or pharmaceutical background to effectively manage cases
• Use your Hebrew language skills to assist in translation work when necessary
• Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy, meeting all deadlines
• Assist with case management, complaint handling, and claim administration as needed. • Holder of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Proficient in using 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and Case Management Software.
• Experience with Conveyancer and Document Management required.
• Must have experience in Briefing and Civil Litigation.
• Proven ability in Claim Administration and Complaint Handling.
• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in using Relativity for eDiscovery purposes.
• Must have substantial experience in Document Review.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated detail-oriented and ethical behavior.
