Bookkeeper

This Bookkeeper role is critical in ensuring the smooth financial operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain our financial records and data entry tasks
• Oversee the process of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Effectively manage the month-end close processes
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reporting
• Ensure proficiency in using Peachtree Sage for various accounting tasks.
• Handle booking of monthly rentals and manage general ledger
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax reports
• Generate and maintain depreciation reports

The ideal Bookkeeper candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree with Accounting or Finance Concentration

Other requirements for the Bookkeeper position include and are not limited to:

• 3+ years of experience
• Peachtree experience required
• Experience with Inhouse payroll preferred
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
