Location Services Specialist

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Location Services Specialist in Mishawaka, IN. This role will involve a variety of tasks including the efficient processing of returns, assisting with location services, and managing administrative tasks in a busy office environment.

This would be an onsite position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with location services tasks when necessary
  • Handle the setup, tear down, and cleaning of catered meals
  • Keep coffee areas, dishwashers, and afternoon snack set up well-maintained
  • Actively participate in internal and client facing activities that enhance the experience
  • Assist with return processing and scanning during busy periods
  • Undertake front desk responsibilities and other office administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with the Location Services Manager or Supervisor to maintain a safe and clean office environment
  • Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, including furniture, phones, and security cards
  • Interact with building management, vendors, internal and external clients, and other support services team members.
  • Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating an ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people
  • Proficiency in the use of the 'About Time' software for efficient time management
  • Ability to operate scanning equipment with precision and accuracy
  • Understanding of security protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Experience working and coordinating with vendors for service delivery
  • Strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to execute tasks and projects to completion with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure quality in all outputs
  • Experience with 'Scale Out' operations, demonstrating the ability to manage workloads effectively
  • Must be punctual and reliable, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
  • Ability to manage and restock snacks for office employees, demonstrating responsibility and initiative
  • Proficiency in using Mindset Software for task management and coordination
  • Familiarity with the 'Tear' system, demonstrating the ability to manage and organize documents effectively
  • Experience in dishwashing, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the office kitchen
  • Knowledge of QA Management, demonstrating the ability to maintain quality standards in all tasks
  • Experience in providing support services to staff and clients, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
