Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requirements Analysis proficiency at an advanced level is required. Agile Requirement Management proficiency at an advanced level, along with Scrum (Agile), Wealth
Management, and Business Requirements Gathering proficiencies at an advanced level, and Application Requirements Analysis proficiency at an advanced level are recommended.- Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solutions
