Job Description
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day HR operations for the firm's attorney population.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Monitor attorney performance and manage annual performance evaluation process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the firm.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs alongside Learning & Development team.
  • Monitor staffing and manage utilization.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in human resources.
  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Experience in HR, Legal Recruiting, or Professional Development within a law firm (required).
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities, with a focus on managing and resolving issues in a legal environment.
