Job Description- Manage and oversee the day-to-day HR operations for the firm's attorney population.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Monitor attorney performance and manage annual performance evaluation process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the firm.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs alongside Learning & Development team.
- Monitor staffing and manage utilization.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Demonstrated expertise in human resources.
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Experience in HR, Legal Recruiting, or Professional Development within a law firm (required).
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding leadership abilities, with a focus on managing and resolving issues in a legal environment.
- A competitive salary package in the range of USD 120,000 to USD 150,000.
