Bilingual HR Generalist | Queens 5 days onsite | $65 - 80K

About Our Client

Our client is an international hospitality company based out of JFK airport in New York. They're looking to bring on an HR Generalist to support the full employee life-cycle and maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

• Work closely with the HR manager to ensure all departments are supported as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns (for Union AND Non-Union employees).
• Help with the onboarding process including orientation, I-9 documents, etc.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
• Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish!
• Must be on-site 5 days a week in Queens.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, experience in a manufacturing or hospitality environment preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field required

• Salary: $65K - 80K.
