The United States Senate is seeking an IT Request Processing Technician to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of assisting customers with purchases of non-standard IT equipment, and initiating POs for Senate IT approved equipment.
The ideal candidate will combine effective communication, and work experience with Service Now, comprehensive knowledge of IT Asset Management and Microsoft Excel to support our mission. The Sergeant at Arms plays a crucial role in upholding the operational integrity of the Senate community.

The Technology Governance and Budget/CIO team is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across IT and financial domains.
