Role Responsibilities: You’re part of the leadership group responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store. Working closely with the Store Manager you’ll help teach, coach and develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow’s leaders.This is also a great position to learn and develop your leadership career further!
You’ll provide assistance with the majority of the store work such as processing cash and credit transactions, responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products and maintaining daily recordkeeping. Open availability is required, since you'll be in the store on different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.A High School diploma or equivalent is a must to apply for this position. College credits combined with customer service experience are a bonus but aren't required. We’d like to see at least one year of related retails experience, and you should be able to demonstrate an engaged leadership style along with development potential.
We’re also going to look closely at your ability to communicate thoughtfully, clearly, and respectfully. Please be able to stand, bend, and reach along with lifting at least 50 lbs., and be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation and valid current auto insurance in order to perform some leadership responsibilities.
