Our client in Beaver, PA is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist for an open-ended contract part time opportunity. This candidate would work with Mission Advancement department that handles development and communications. Hour: 15-25 hours per week – start at 15 hrs.

Skills needed:

Word/Excel experience

Google word processing

Mail merges

Database experience

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Organized team player able to assist and support evolving needs

Canva experience is a plus

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

Process donations received via postal mail and online

Tracks donations entered into database to ensure accuracy

Assist with gift acknowledgements

Assist with special events

Assist with preparing deposit information

Assist with organizing electronic and paper donation record-keeping system
