Showroom & Customer Service Intern

Your missions:

Sales support:

• Ensure the sales season schedule is respected
• Monitor sales performance, provide reports, and identify growth opportunities
• Provide support to the sales team during peak periods
• Assist with preparing and organizing sales materials, presentations, and reports

Showroom organization:

• Assist in the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is always impeccably presented
• Assist with merchandising
• Set up and arrange seasonal collections in the showroom
• Work closely with the team to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation

Customer service:

• Welcome customers to the showroom
• Follow up on special customer requests (e.g., product labeling, pricing, collection information, shipping)
• Proactively schedule and manage showroom appointments

Trade show preparation:

• Assist in the planning and preparation of trade shows

Your profile:

• You have prior experience in a fashion brand, showroom, or wholesale department
• You have an interest in and understanding of the luxury and fashion industry
• You are proficient with PACK OFFICE
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• You thrive in a small, international team and wish to grow within a dynamic company
• Proficiency in French is a plus
