About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and proficient in legal document production and eDiscovery tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee case management, maintain case files, and assist in developing litigation strategy.
• Manage calendaring and docketing of case deadlines to ensure timely filings and compliance.
• Assist with discovery and trial preparation, including drafting discovery requests, organizing exhibits, and preparing witness materials.
• Utilize eDiscovery tools to manage electronic documents and discovery processes.
• Create, edit, and produce high-quality legal documents with precision and efficiency.
• Perform office administration and management tasks to support daily firm operations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant with a focus on litigation.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and case management.
• Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms and legal software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
