Sr. Director FP&A

This may be the role for you if you are an experienced VP/Director of Finance looking for a challenging role at an established company.

• Implement and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives
• Perform analysis on operating results, comparing against budget
• Manage daily operations of the finance and accounting department
• Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
• permanent, train, and retain finance staff
• Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
• Suggest benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance
• Review and maintain budgeting and forecasting models
• Take ownership of insurance and risk management
• Direct, review, and prepare budget management and financial planning functions
• Comply with all budgetary reporting requirements, including local, state, and federal
• Collaborate with department managers to develop five-year business plans
• Oversee the preparation of all financial reports
• Manage the operating procedures of the department, including short- and long-range goals, objectives, and policies

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• MBA or CPA is preferred
• Experience with higher level functionality in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with multiple accounting and financial reporting systems
• Prior experience with finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience
