$225 - $275|hour
We are seeking a compassionate provider to be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. This opportunity is part time or full time, working in a post-acute hospital with higher acuity pts including rehab s|p neuro|trachs|vents, and wound care patients.
Rotational schedule with another provider covering 7 on 7 off (or a combination of days split with other providers). Shifts ranging from 5-8 hours (dependent on efficiency).This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times in lieu of a 12-hr.
shift requirement. As census ramps you will have APP support and a scribe to assist with documentation as well as partnership track opportunity. Additionally, we offer a very robust hourly compensation and benefit package. You will experience one of the most collegiate groups of people you will ever work with.

Requirements: Valid Medical license in IN
MD|DO BCBE in Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R) | PhysiatryValid DEA license
Possess or eligible for Controlled Substance Certificate
Schedule: Part time or Full time
Salary (range): $225 - $275|hour (commensurate on experience, efficiency, and productivity)
