Staff Accountant

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in West Valley City, Utah, for a Staff Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Bank Reconciliations, Cash Management, Treasury, and other financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
• Manage and perform Bank Reconciliations
• Maintain the General Ledger with precision and accuracy
• Handle Journal Entries and Month End Close operations
• Utilize Oracle and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
• Monitor and manage Cash Applications
• Oversee Treasury functions and operations
• Utilize Excel Formulas for various financial calculations
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with customers regarding their accounts.
