Company Description:

CorMedix Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing therapeutic products for the prevention and treatment of life-threatening conditions and diseases. The Company is focused on commercializing its lead product DefenCath® (taurolidine and heparin) which was approved by the FDA on November 15, 2023.

Position:

We are seeking a Sr. Manager Brand Marketing to join our team as we focus on maximizing the impact of our recently launched product. Reporting to the Director of Brand Management, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen our corporate reputation, and drive ongoing customer engagement.

Your strategic vision and creativity will be key to ensuring our marketing efforts align with our business goals and industry regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote our launched product and position our brand in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure all marketing initiatives support business objectives and reflect the company’s values.

Brand Marketing Campaigns:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of brand marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align brand messaging with ongoing promotional strategies.

Digital Marketing and Communications:

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry partners and contractors to secure positive coverage and feature opportunities for our product.
  • Create marketing materials, and digital content that effectively communicate our brand story and product benefits.
  • Oversee internal and external communications to enhance employee engagement and align with our mission.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and industry associations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our product and engaging with key audiences.

Content Development:

  • Develop compelling content for various platforms, including articles, social media posts, and blog entries, ensuring consistency in messaging that reflects our brand values.

Performance Measurement:

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of marketing and communication efforts, using metrics and feedback to refine future strategies.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all marketing and communication activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand marketing and digital campaigns, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing marketing initiatives for launched products.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Expected travel up to 20%.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, life-science discipline or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, and corporate communications, preferably within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
