Customer Service Representative

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Chesterfield, Virginia. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records and processing their applications in an efficient manner. With a strong focus on building solid customer relationships, this role is based in a dynamic, rapidly changing call center environment and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
• Process customer credit applications accurately.
• Maintain and update customer credit records.
• Resolve customer inquiries with accurate and timely information.
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining the confidentiality of customer records and information.
• Utilize multiple computer systems and applications to find and provide information to customers.
• Active involvement in solving customer problems, listening to their issues and providing solutions with grace and integrity.
• Utilize Microsoft Office skills for data entry and email correspondence.
• Schedule appointments as needed and ensure effective order entry.
• Utilize Zendesk to enhance customer service delivery. • Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Proficient in email correspondence
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience with order entry processes
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
• Familiarity with Zendesk customer service software
• Must be able to work in a team and maintain professional behavior at all times
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
