Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager formulates and supervises programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and welfare other employer/employee relationships for multiple facilities. Interviews job applicant; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs.Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 9-10 years in hospital management experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or MBA degree.
- Familiar with wage and hour laws.
- Knowledge of State and Federal laws including ERISA guidelines and accreditation standards
Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,800.00 to $105,435.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
