Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Manager formulates and supervises programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and welfare other employer/employee relationships for multiple facilities. Interviews job applicant; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs.

Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.

Qualifications:

Education and Work Experience

Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Minimum of 9-10 years in hospital management experience

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Master's or MBA degree.
  2. Familiar with wage and hour laws.
  3. Knowledge of State and Federal laws including ERISA guidelines and accreditation standards

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,800.00 to $105,435.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
