Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager of Media Operations to join our internal media team. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, ensuring consistency, and enhancing collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media operations, with a proven ability to identify process gaps and implement strategic solutions for optimization.

The role requires a detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a creative and agile mindset. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, managing budgets, and optimizing tools and processes to enhance transparency and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee media budget tracking and reporting.
• Define and optimize processes and tools to improve collaboration and efficiency across teams.
• Work closely with agency partners to enhance workflows, implement templates, and develop reporting dashboards.
• Manage financial aspects, including billing, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee Double Verify tracking and reporting.
• Standardize project management and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal media teams, including Search and Affiliate, to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Support the unification of core media reports and insights for leadership.
• Manage and support media campaigns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in media operations within an agency or brand setting.
• 3+ years of experience in integrated media planning and buying.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end media planning and buying processes, including audience strategy, content development, activations, and measurement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across various business functions.
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
• Proven ability to work within a matrixed organization and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
