What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar test role.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and moderate PC programming skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience in defense electronics (preferred).
- Must be ITAR.

Responsibilities- Testing a variety of electronic units using prescribed test procedures
- Configuring, interpreting, recording, or setting up and operating various test stands
- Utilizing tools to test and troubleshoot electronic units to the sub-assembly and component level
- Reading and interpreting technical data such as component maintenance manuals, engineering prints, and schematics
- Communicating work status to team members and support staff (e.g. shift pass down, engineering, maintenance, job progression, audits)
- Utilizing theory of electronic circuitry and electrical components
- Writing in a clear and concise technical manner
- Performing proper loading and unloading of electronic equipment in test beds
- Compiling with applicable elements of quality systems and participates in continuous improvement efforts (CORE)
- Acquiring applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required
- Compiling with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs
- Utilizing computer tools such as SAP and accurately follows work instructions
- Training others for technical tasks as needed
