job summary: I have a client in Austin, TX who is looking to hire a Business Analyst to join their team for a Full-time opportunity.
As a BA in our dynamic IT department, you will excel at gathering and explaining user requirements, have an eagle eye for details, and be a stellar communicator. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our tech projects, benefiting both our staff and members.

salary: $80,000 - 95,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:- Be a partner with business owners to determine and develop user requirements using
- Consolidate information obtained from various sources to build a broad view of business
- Lead requirement gathering sessions to document current and potential system inputs,
- Create use cases to illustrate the business needs and provide insights from a business users
- Design and document "as-is" and "to be" business processes, leading to clear understanding of
requirements
How You will Make an Impact- Work together with IT team members to evaluate current or prospective solutions and make
- Manage and participate in user testing and training for new technology and solutions
- Provide an outstanding customer experience
- Mentor and work with other business analysts as required
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting multiple projects
- Intellectual curiosity and confidence in questioning existing business practices
- Experience with custom software development, Software as a Service (SaaS) or integration
- Familiarity in organizing and managing a product backlog
- Comfortable working independently or within a large, cross-functional team
- Experience at creating professional documentation using MS Office tools
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification is a plus

- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)

- SAAS (2 years of experience is required)
- SQL
