Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Conducting assessments and building personalized treatment plans.
• Evaluating progress and adapting interventions when necessary.
• Partnering with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals as needed.
• Ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining meaningful connections with clients.
• Contributing to a team-driven, patient-centered approach to mental health care.

Requirements

What You Need to Apply:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in mental health therapy.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
• A strong sense of empathy and a commitment to high-quality care.
