We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team based in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you'll be traveling to customer locations, ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, while providing top-notch service and technical support.

What you'll do:-

Supervise and assist with the installation and startup of machines at customer plants.-

Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machines on-site.-

Perform electrical fault detection and repairs on customer machinery.-

Review jobs in progress to identify potential field service issues.-

Fabricate and weld parts for customer machines as needed.-

Estimate materials required for troubleshooting and repairs.-

Provide training to customers and other employees on machine operations.-

Prepare service reports documenting work performed and issues resolved.-

Assist the Field Service Supervisor and collaborate with the manufacturing department when necessary.-

Perform additional tasks as directed.
