Nurse Manager Rehabilitation (Hiring Immediately)

As the Nurse Manager Rehabilitation, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing and work closely with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your assigned unit, ensuring that all staff adhere to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
The unit under your leadership will specialize in post-acute care, providing a supportive environment for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Your responsibilities will include supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall patient experience.
Requirements- RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role will earn a quick interview
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of post-acute care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
