My client is a well-funded mid-cap PE backed wholesaler/ecommerce company. They are about to 2X their revenue.
The Director of Finance is looking for an incredible and sharp Senior Financial Analyst (maybe will give it a Finance Manager title for the right experience). This is a true FP& A role, NOT an accounting role in disguise.
The role will report directly to the DOF and support both the CFO and PE with reporting.
Need someone with a startup, building and high growth background.
They are in NYC, 5 days a week in the office (this is not remote and will not be remote), you must reside within daily commuting distance of NYC.
As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).
Compensation is based on experience:
The Senior Financial Analyst is between $110 - $130k base + discretionary bonus
The role will cover:
- Very high exposure role, (C Suite and PE)
- Working on core FP& A, budgeting, forecasting, long/short term planning, reporting, KPI's
- Working with the business (sales, marketing, merchandising, operations)
- Must be able to build Fi models in Excel (3 statement is a huge +)
- Strong Excel skills ius required, working with large data sheets
- Any NetSuite and/or PowerBi experience is a huge +
- Will work with the accounting team on the Month End Close, high level review of accruals etc.
- Highly proficient in Excel (Pivot tables etc.)
- Must be able to build Financial Models in Excel
- Ideally coming out of a product based company (wholesale, ecomm. Retail etc.)
- A minimum of a BA/BS in Finance from a top accredited school
- 3+ years of experience.
Exceptional communications skills are required. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along your fellow colleagues is crucial. He or she must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company.
