Boiler Operator / Energy Production Manager
Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.
Cleveland, Ohio manufacturer of Industrial HVAC and energy control systems is seeking to hire a Boiler Operator / Energy Production Manager to maintain boilers, chillers, generators and other steam and chilled water mechanical equipment.
REQUIREMENTSHigh School Graduate, Vocational (Associate, or Trade school is preferred)
3rd Class Stationary Engineers license preferred
Familiar with steam and chilled water plant equipment and instrumentation
Ability to work overtime, rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as needed.
Use hand and power tools, control panels and control switches
Read and interpret schematics, technical documentation, steam and water chilling distribution maps
Maintenance and repair practices required in the steam/chilled water sections of the plant
Operation and maintenance of steam and chilled water boiler plant equipment and instrumentation
Industrial power plant environment includes large equipment, Familiar with proper safety around potentially hazardous environment, steam, electricity/high voltage, hazardous chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat, confined spaces, dust, grease, oil, fumes, wet, humid and noisy environment.
Valid Driver's License
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
